Broth was standard, but good, as were there noodles but that being said, the chashu was superb!!

相模原駅から徒歩15分程度の所にあり、朝の4時まで日曜日は2時まで営業している相模原では有名なラーメン屋さん。 今回は土曜日の20時半頃に来店。店の前には8名程の先客が、ただし回転は早く10分も待たず席に案内してもらえました。まずは着席前に食券を購入します。自家製細麺が気になりラーメンと替え玉（2ヶ）を購入。店員さんが好みを聞いてくれたのでコッテリ、カタメで注文。 程無くして着丼。まずはスープからメインは博多豚骨ですが家系の味が加わったような味わい、 なかなか美味しいです。次に麺からアッツい！カタメをお願いしたのですが若干カタメ、しかし麺自体がおいしいです。加えて卓上にはラーメンのタレが！これがあると次の替え玉の時、薄まることなく食べれるんですよね。勢いで替え玉２回目も完食。 ここで思いました。家系の味わいならライス入れて食べても良かったかも、、。 しかしスープがもう残り僅かしか無くて断念。 次回食べる時は替え玉１回で最後はライスですかね。ご馳走様でした。

味はシンプル。替玉100円で量が多く朝4時迄の営業は有難い。今回来店した時、ライス売り切れだったのが残念でした。平日の夜中でしたが、店内は回転は早いけど、8割のお客が常に居ました。

相模原駅から歩いて15分ほどで行ける有名店です。 周辺にはおやじやNAGAHAMAラーメンなど 有名店が並ぶラーメン激戦区！ 醤油豚骨ラーメンといった印象で、真ん中に乗っているお肉が美味しく食欲が進みます。 開店してから20周年と年月と歴史のあるお店です

相模原市のリバティ通りにある老舗かつ超有名店です。 30年くらい通い続けてる店ですw 家系とは異なる醤油豚骨スープ。 濃厚かつ旨味濃縮のトロトロ系で 細麺硬めなツルツル麺が絡み あっと言う間に麺は無くなります。 替玉は必須と言って良いかもしれません。 なお替玉を３回すると… これが中々に嬉しい！サービストッピングで海苔がサービスされますw チャーシューに関しては これは絶品中の絶品！ やまゆりポークを使った味が染み染み肉厚の物で 時間帯によってはチャーシュートッピングが売り切れ！ なんて事もある位に人気です。 （有る時は100%チャーシュートッピングしてますが…写真でチャーシューが一枚の時は売り切れの日でした） かつては徒歩3分圏内に NAGAHAMA らーめん花楽 青葉 ラーメンおやじ本店 天下一品が鎬を削り 生き残って未だ行列ができる事を考えると 愛されている店と言うのが良くわかります。 コロナ禍以前は始発時間5時10分まで営業だったと思うのですが 現在は金曜、土曜のみ4時まで営業に変わっています。

深夜まで営業している相模原の人気ラーメン店「村田屋」へ。入店時は並びなしでしたが、食べ終わる頃には外に行列ができていました。今回はのりらーめんと半ライスを注文。豚骨ベースのスープはコクがありながらも重すぎず、細麺との相性が抜群。とろっとしたチャーシューも絶品で、スープを吸った海苔をご飯にのせて食べると最高です。卓上には紅しょうがや高菜、にんにく、ラー油など味変アイテムも豊富で、自分好みにカスタマイズできるのも嬉しいポイント。地元の方に愛される理由がわかる一杯でした。
